We own and operate Gyukatsu Boracay and Gyukatsu BGC, two restaurants built on one idea: Japanese precision in the kitchen, Filipino warmth at the table.

What makes us different

We come from beef. Our company is led by a second-generation member of a family in the Philippine premium beef import business. Every cut on our menu is chosen by people who understand marbling, grading, and provenance firsthand.

We name what we serve. We tell you the cut, the grade, and where it came from. Sirloin is sirloin. A5 Kagoshima Wagyu is A5 Kagoshima Wagyu.

Gyukatsu is our signature, not our limit. Alongside our gyukatsu sets, we keep adding Japanese meat dishes worth coming back for, from thick cuts to A5 Kagoshima Wagyu.

We serve with omotenashi. Omotenashi is the Japanese practice of wholehearted hospitality. Our team greets, guides, and looks after every guest, whether it is your first gyukatsu or your fiftieth.
